Yoredale: The traditional name for Wensleydale
The Society, founded in 1979, has the aim of "promoting an interest in and an appreciation of natural history, with particular reference to Wensleydale"
Our Society has around one hundred members, hosts about 15 summer field trips to wildlife hotspots, has a winter lecture programme and produces an annual 40-page Member’s Bulletin.
